Creeksong Farm has been selling produce using organic methods at the Watauga County Farmers' Market since 1979. At that time, few people were concerned about the presence of chemicals in their food, but Jeff and Bettie Thomas, who founded Creeksong Farm, were determined to grow food in a sustainable and healthy manner.

Returning to the farm after college, their son Will Thomas has continued the tradition, expanding the farm operation to include a natural beef operation with Angus cattle and a sustainable timbering plan.

Creeksong Farm can be found at the Watauga County Farmers' Market at The Horn in the West in Boone, NC every Saturday morning from the beginning of May until the end of October, and every Wednesday morning from mid-June to mid-August. Creeksong Farm produce is also available at Bare Essentials Natural Market in Boone and is often featured at Louisiana Purchase restaurant in Banner Elk.

Early in the season, we have many plants, including herbs of all varieties and sauce and salad tomato plants.  Overall, we grow approximately 150 varieties of vegetables, flowers, and herbs on 4 acres of fields.  Creeksong Farm will also have eggs from our free range chickens and spring onions from the fields.  Come early for the best selection!
